About Job

  • Having an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, and being able to contribute intelligent and informed insight to client.
  • Being the first point of contact for clients with the objective in building and maintain strong relationships, and adapting to client’s requirements and need.
  • Coordinating all internal and external parties to ensure the projects are delivered on-time and to a high quality.
  • Manage and develop existing and new clients to maximize the revenue.
  • Working on continually improving the digital delivery process across all accounts.
  • Working effectively with all third party suppliers.
  • Great career exposure working with multi-countries teams.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital industries.
  • Proven account management experience in a digital agency.
  • The flexibility to tailor your work and skills to various different clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients and vendors.
  • Exceptional project management skills, being able to work across different projects at any one time.
  • The ability to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Willing to travel.
