[TW] Data Business Development Manager

About the Role

The Data Business Development Manager (Data BD Manager) is responsible for strategizing and build close relationship between Vpon and major Supply Side Partners (including App publishers, data vendors, and Ad Networks), and create value for our major Supply Side Partners to maximize mutual success.

Task of the Role

• Develop partnership with App publishers, data vendors, and Ad Networks in APAC (SEA/CN/HK/TW/JP).
• Create strategies with major App publishers, data vendors, and Ad Networks.
• Collaborate closely with Data Team and Regional Sales/BD Team to design Vpon APAC data network roadmap, with one of the key focus on building JP inbound traveler data network.
• Acquire new supply partners with a key focus on app publishers.
• Support publisher partnership expansion in Japan.

About You

• Degree in related field with min. 5 years of working experience in the digital ecosystem and data partnership development (data selling/exchange/buying).
• Strong technical competence and advanced knowledge of digital marketing technology and platforms, including analytics, supply-side platforms, networks, ad serving technology, data management platforms, RTB, DSPs across several digital media channels.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical and advanced concepts in precise and clearly understandable terms to a variety of audiences.
• Crisp oral and written communications both in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Have proven connection/network among major app/web publishers in SEA/CN/HK/TW.
• Strong commitment to achieve results and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through.
• Proven leader with the ability to inspire others, build strong relationships, and create a true follower-ship.
• Willingness to have business trip to Asia countries.

Nice to Have

• Strong analytical skills and application knowledge behind CPM, CPC and CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Experience in digital marketing particularly in mobile device side data.
• Experience in travel industry.
• Experience in big data technologies / tools.
• Can speak Japanese.
